Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund for Voyica Pro subscriptions. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Summary
- Free tier: always free, nothing to refund.
- Voyica Pro Monthly ($12/month): non-refundable. Cancel any time to stop future billing.
- Voyica Pro Annual ($99/year): full refund within 14 days of initial purchase or annual renewal. After 14 days, non-refundable.
1. Monthly Subscriptions ($12/month)
Monthly Voyica Pro charges are non-refundable. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you will retain Pro access until that date. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
2. Annual Subscriptions ($99/year)
Because annual plans are paid up front, we offer a 14-day refund window:
- If you request a refund within 14 days of the original annual purchase or annual renewal date, we will issue a full refund and cancel your Pro access.
- After the 14-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You can still cancel auto-renewal so you are not charged the following year, and you will retain Pro access until the end of your paid term.
3. Exceptions
We may issue a refund outside the windows above in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or incorrect charge: if you were billed twice for the same period or charged in error.
- Service unavailable: if the Service was unavailable for an extended period due to our fault during your billing period.
- Local consumer law: where applicable consumer protection law (for example, EU/UK distance-selling rules) requires a refund, that law controls.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email vinnie.catalano3@gmail.com from the email address on your account. Include:
- The email address on your Voyica account
- The plan you purchased (Monthly or Annual)
- The approximate purchase date
- The reason for the refund (helps us improve)
We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in immediate account termination and may be contested with documentation of services rendered. If you have a billing question, email us first; we resolve almost all issues directly and quickly.
6. How to Cancel
Open Voyica, go to Settings → Subscription, and click Cancel subscription. Cancellation stops auto-renewal; your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period. You can resubscribe at any time.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date you purchased or renewed your subscription is the version that applies to that purchase.
